This Privacy Policy describes how Emerald Private Client, a lending practice offered through Neighborhood Loans, Inc. (NMLS #222982) ("Emerald," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with emeraldprivateclient.us (the "Site").
Information we collect
When you request a private introduction through the Site, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, telephone number and email address. We use this information only to respond to your request.
When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. These server logs are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.
If you contact us by telephone, we will collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, contact details and the nature of your inquiry, so that we can respond.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when the Site loads, as described in Google's privacy policy.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business, such as Web3Forms, which delivers introduction requests to our inbox, with Neighborhood Loans, Inc. as the licensed lender, or as required by law. If you later apply for a mortgage loan, your personal financial information will be handled in accordance with the Neighborhood Loans, Inc. privacy notice provided under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we encourage you not to send sensitive financial information by unencrypted email.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
