The Emerald name, gem mark, wordmark, photography, text and design of the Site are the property of Emerald Private Client or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

The Site may link to websites operated by others, such as NMLS Consumer Access. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerald Private Client and Neighborhood Loans, Inc. are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
